asked questions
WHAT IS THE
WAIT TIME LIKE?
We have providers who are accepting clients right now! You can see all providers with availability here (or you can also just go straight to our appointment request form, and we’ll help you out). Some individual providers maintain a wait list, though many do not.
HOW MUCH DOES
IT COST?
Fees vary by clinician and offering. All collaborators list their typical fees on their bio. Some providers also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for those with financial need. You can also check on insurance coverage or payment via HSA/FSA.
DO YOU ACCEPT
MY INSURANCE?
Some of our providers are able to bill insurance directly. You can explore those providers using the filter features on our collaborators page. Please note that the only insurance plans accepted by clinicians at Grove are BCBS PPO plans.
It is important to understand your insurance benefits before beginning psychotherapy. It is ultimately your responsibility to know if your care will be covered.
Even if your provider does not bill your insurance directly, you may have “out of network benefits,” on your plan. This means that you could be able to submit a receipt to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
WILL I BE EXPECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL OF GROVE'S OFFERINGS?
No; you can choose what’s right for you! All of our clinicians are in private practice, meaning they operate independently from one another (though collaborate frequently if needed). While we are so pleased to offer a range of individual and group services at Grove, you are encouraged to decide what combination of psychotherapy, medication, and integrative services is right for you. A hallmark of Grove's care is that you can work with your clinician to decide exactly what will work best for you.
